Harassment training is available for compliance with SB1343. Signatory contractors may sign up contributing District Council 16 union members through the individual signup or group signup features below. Contributing District Council 16 union members may sign up through the individual signup feature as well.
It is the employer’s responsibility to ensure all office and field staff are compliant with the mandate required by the State of California. SB1343 requires all employers with 5 or more employees to provide at least 2 hours of harassment prevention training to all supervisors and at least 1 hour of harassment training to all nonsupervisory employees. This training is required every 2 years.
